I have been involved in innovation-related topics for around 10 years. As a member of the board of the German Bar Association (DAV) from 2013 and 2021, I dealt with legal tech, later as rapporteur in the European Committee of the DAV (since 2022) for the legislative process on the AI Act with the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence. As a business angel, I am involved in legal tech start-ups and young companies in other sectors.

I have also been passing on my experience as an honorary professor at the Faculty of Law at Ruprecht Karls University in Heidelberg since 2013.
